We went to the tasting on Sept 25th. Jason and I, his parents, and my dad. It was a good time. A little weird though because there was a wedding going on in the room!We got to taste 3 different chicken dishes and the beef dish. So here’s the final menu:

Hors D’oeuvres: crudites of fresh vegetables with artichoke dip, imported and domestic cheeses with cracker and bread

Salad: Mixed greens with strawberries, mandarian oranges, and caramelized walnuts

Entree Selection:

—Chicken Piccata (Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast with a Lemon Chardonnay Sauce and Capers)

—Fresh Herb Crusted Prime Rib of Beef with Rosemary Au Jus

—Pasta Rotello (Vegetarian, Tri-colored pasta rolled w/ Fresh Spinach & Ricotta Cheese topped w/Salsa Rosa)

—Kids (12 and under, Chicken Fingers, Fruit, and Veggies)

Vegetable: Steamed Baby Carrots and Snow Pea Pods

Starch: Redskin Herbed Potatoes

Dessert: Wedding cake with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh seasonal berries

Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon will be served with dinner (bar will be closed)

So there you have it. We also have an open bar for the cocktail hour (after the wedding ceremony and before dinner), and then open bar after dinner until the party ends at 11pm.
